At Goodcha it is possible to return an item that was ordered through the webshop of www.goodcha.nl. Returns are possible within 14 business days in new and unused condition, in the original package, to the address of Goodcha.
In order to return an ordered item, it is important that the item has been ordered via the direct website of Goodcha www.goodcha.nl. If a Goodcha item has been purchased through one of our retail partners, our customers are advised to contact the applicable retail organisation for the return process.
When the item has been purchased via the webshop of Goodcha and needs to be returned, an e-mail should be sent to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org and Goodcha will contact the customer as soon as possible to go through the return process.
When returning the item, the following should be sent too: the original receipt (sent with the order) and a description of the reason for return.
Goodcha is not responsible for the returned items that our lost during transport or for the shipping costs.
Once Goodcha has received the returned item, the amount will be refunded to the bank account or credit card used to purchase the item within 2 business days. As refunds are processed via Shopify, it can take up to 10 business days before the refund is refunded back to the bank account or creditcard of the customer paid with to purchase the order.
