Terms and conditions
The Goodcha e-commerce website (hereinafter referred to as “Goodcha”) allows visitors to purchase baby and children's sunglasses via the Internet (hereinafter referred to as “visitors”).
These terms and conditions should be read before placing an order. A visitor who places an order through Goodcha is called a “customer”. Do you have questions about the conditions? Please contact our customer service via “Contact” on our website.

- Placing an order
1.1. Post process order
Visitors can place orders at Goodcha. These must be placed online via the www.goodcha.nl webshop. In exceptional cases, the visitor can place the order through our customer service. This can be done orally or in writing. The order must then be paid first, after which Goodcha registers and processes the order.
When placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of Goodcha. Goodcha reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All orders placed before this change will be subject to the terms and conditions that occurred before the change.
1.2. Cancel order
Should Goodcha for some reason not be able to process the order, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer when placing the order, providing more information about the problem that may have occurred.
Goodcha reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order placed on the Goodcha website. This could be for one of the following reasons:
- The product is out of stock
- Your billing information is incorrect or not verifiable
- Your order is suspected of fraudulent activity
- Goodcha could not deliver to the address you provided
- Force of the majority
- In case of spelling errors, prices or other errors or mistakes in the website information
- Shipping and delivery
All orders made through the Goodcha website are shipped from the Netherlands. After the order has been placed by the customer, it is registered and processed by Goodcha. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, during business hours. If the order is placed before 3:00 PM (CEST), the order will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CEST) will be processed the following business day.
Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with a track and trace number to the e-mail address that was with which the order was placed. For orders within the Netherlands, the delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days. For international orders this can vary depending on the shipping method and location.
2.3. Customs - additional costs
Countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional duties payable.
The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country in which the customer resides; payment is necessary to release the order at customs upon arrival.
The final value of the order does not include any additional costs. The carrier will inform the customer of the additional duties prior to delivery.
If the customer refuses to pay the duties, the order will then be returned to the Goodcha warehouse and the amount will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund.
Goodcha is required by law to state the correct amount paid for each outbound international package.
Goodcha is not responsible for delayed packages for reasons beyond their control, including but not limited to the following:
Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunication networks.
3.1. Exchange process
It is possible for customers to exchange a placed order for another item. Exchange is possible within 14 days, if the order has been placed via our direct website www.goodcha.nl and the item is in new and unused condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
The customer must send an e-mail to Goodcha, who will contact the customer with the steps to exchange. When returning the item, the customer must include the following: the original receipt (sent with the order), a description of the reason for the exchange and the alternative item with which the customer wants to exchange. In case of a price difference, Goodcha will contact the customer.
Goodcha is not responsible or liable for shipping costs. Additionally, Goodcha is not responsible for returns that are lost during transport. Customers are advised to use an acknowledged delivery method.
4.1. Return process
It is possible for customers to return a placed order. Returns are possible within 14 days, if the order has been placed via our direct website www.goodcha.nl and the item is in new and unused condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
The customer must send an e-mail to Goodcha, who will contact the customer with the steps to return. When returning the item, the customer must include the following: the original receipt (sent with the order) and a description of the reason for return.
Goodcha is not responsible or liable for shipping costs. Additionally, Goodcha is not responsible for returns that are lost during transport. Customers are advised to use an acknowledged delivery method. Once Goodcha has received the returned item, the amount will be refunded to the bank account or credit card used to purchase the item within 2 business days. This would mean that the refund would normally be visible on the customer's account within 5 business days, depending on the payment provider. After the refund has been processed by Goodcha within 2 working days, Goodcha is neither responsible nor liable for the payment process. For questions about the payment process, Goodcha recommends that customers contact the bank.
- Payment / Prices / Currency
The item prices displayed on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs are applied per order. The exact shipping costs depend on the destination where the placed order will be delivered. Goodcha does not charge shipping costs when the total amount exceeds 50 Euro.
5.1 Prices may differ per market
Conversion rates may apply.
5.2 Price changes
Goodcha reserves the right to change the price of an item at any time without prior notice. All orders placed before this change cannot be adjusted to the revised price.
- Promotions and offers
Only one discount code can be used per order via the Goodcha website. Goodcha reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without further discussion. The use of discount codes depends on the availability of the stock.
- Intellectual property rights
Goodcha owns all intellectual property rights in the Goodcha website and the content published on it. This is protected by copyright laws worldwide.
Permission is granted to download one copy of the content on Goodcha's website for personal, non-commercial, temporary use only.
This is also called a license. Under this license, the content may not be modified or copied, the content may not be used for commercial purposes or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial), the software on Goodcha's website may not be decompiled. This license will automatically terminate if any of these restrictions are violated and may be terminated by Goodcha at any time. Upon termination of this license, all downloaded elements in the visitor's possession must be destroyed, both in electronic and printed form.
When visitors place an order online through the website, Goodcha needs the personal data to process the order. They do not ask for more information than is necessary to properly perform these activities. They will ask for the first and last name, shipping address, e-mail address and payment details.
All these personal data are handled with care. Third parties only receive the name, address and e-mail address when this is necessary to be able to send the order. Goodcha has made good agreements with such third parties about the use of the data.
