Shipping
Customers can place an order at Goodcha by selecting a prefered item in the webshop. After selecting your item, you can add this to your shopping cart. After placing the item in your shopping cart, you can proceed to the checkout. Here you should fill in the details like your name, address and e-mail address that Goodcha needs in order to ship your order. Subsequently, the applicable shipping costs are shown automatically. When you agree with the terms and conditions, you can proceed with the payment and we will make sure that your order is shipped to the provided address.
Shipping costs
Goodcha uses shipping costs that are determined based on the delivery address. Goodcha does not charge shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Goodcha charges shipping costs for shipments within the European Union and other countries depending on the destination.
Should you like to know the shipping fee for your order, you can add your item to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. Subsequently, when you fill in your personal details, the applicable shipping fee is shown automatically for your order.
Delivery time
Goodcha's goal is to send all orders as quickly as possible. The orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday, during office hours. If your order is made before 3:00 PM (CEST), your order will be shipped the same day. If your order is made after 3:00 PM (CEST), your order will be shipped the next business day. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track and trace number. You can then track your order. For orders within the Netherlands, the delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days. Estimated delivery times by region:
Netherlands: 1 -2 working days
Europe: 2-5 business days
Asia: 3-5 working days
Africa: 4-5 working days
South America, USA, Canada, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, China span>: 5-7 working days
Please note that during during sales periods delivery may take longer than usual. Delivery times as shown above count from the moment your package is shipped from the warehouse.
